六合彩波色: Gina Rodriguez Dog Mom Of 2, Again ... Drops $2.5k On Pooch

4/24/2018 12:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Gina Rodriguez just added another pooch to her dog family ... an adorable 9-week-old Havanese that cost $2.5k.

The "Jane the Virgin" actress pulled the trigger Sunday at Citipups Chelsea in New York City. We're told she came in several times last week to spend time with the dog, and then finally brought her other pooch, Casper, in over the weekend to make sure the two got along, which was a success.

Gina had another dog, Ted, that passed away about 2 years ago, so looks like she's trying to get Casper another pal while she pulls long hours on the "Jane the Virgin" set.

The Havanese pup was neutered Monday, so Gina will be able to take him home this week once the pupper has recovered.

Vanilla Ice's Ex You Unloaded Our Jet Skis Put Him On Ice for the Rest, Judge!

4/24/2018 12:20 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Vanilla Ice's ex wants to prevent a fire sale in the wake of their impending divorce -- which apparently has already gotten underway with him unloading their jet skis.

VI's estranged wifey, Laura Van Winkle, filed legal docs asking a judge to stop the rapper from selling off any more of their shared assets without her permission.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Laura says Ice is in possession of nearly all of the couple's marital assets, so she can't prevent him from doing what he wants with their stuff without a judge stepping in. Oh, and she wants full accounting of his haul from the jet skis' sale, too.

Sounds about right ... Laura filed her original divorce petition in 2016. She asked to be allowed to stay in the family house and for child and spousal support ... plus attorney's fees, of course.

This split is turning out to be colder than ... forget it.

Keshia Knight Pulliam Wins Custody in Adultery Divorce Trial

4/23/2018 4:00 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Keshia Knight Pulliam is now a single woman ... her divorce was just made final.

Under the terms of the divorce, she gets primary custody of their one-year-old daughter, Ella Grace. Ed Hartwell gets visitation rights. They had a fight over the child's last name -- each wanted theirs. In the end, they compromised on Ella Grace Pulliam-Hartwell.

He also has to pay $3,007 per month in child support.

The divorce was granted on grounds of adultery and cruel treatment. Keshia was represented by Tanya Mitchell Graham.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Hartwell admitted during the trial he lives with his lover, Tonya Carroll, who's pregnant with his child.

Another issue came up during trial ... Hartwell -- a retired NFL linebacker -- takes meds that impair his ability to make decisions for their child.

Stan Lee Sued by Massage Therapist He Rubbed His Junk on My Foot!

4/23/2018 2:13 PM PDT
Exclusive Details

Stan Lee allegedly got handsy during a massage last year, which ended with him rubbing up on the masseuse with his exposed crotch ... this according to a new lawsuit, but Lee is calling BS.

The Marvel honcho and his former assistant -- Max Anderson -- have been sued by Chicago-based massage therapist Maria Carballo, who claims Stan tried sexually gratifying himself during two sessions.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Carballo alleges she performed two massages at Stan's hotel room a year ago in Chi-town. During the first massage, she says Stan began fondling himself while face down on the table, and then started moaning when she got to his thighs. She says she left at that point, but came back the next day for round 2.

For the second massage, Carballo says Stan got to moaning and groaning again ... to which she responded by threatening to leave. She says he got pissed, though, so she stuck it out for another 10 minutes -- only now using her feet to perform a Shiatsu massage.

During the treatment, Carballo claims Stan grabbed her foot and rubbed it against his naked penis and scrotum. She says she immediately left after that, but not before collecting $240 cash from Lee. She also claims his assistant tried handing her more money as a tip, presumably because he knew about the misconduct ... according to her, anyway.

Carballo's suing for more than $50,000 in damages, and even cites the #MeToo movement as inspiration to speak out.

Lee's partner, Keya Morgan, tells TMZ, "I have no idea what the convict Max Anderson did, but Stan Lee is 95 years old, completely harmless, and is 100% innocent, and denies any such false accusations."

Chris Paul 14 Bathroom Mansion For Sale ... Asking $7 Mil

4/23/2018 2:12 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Lookin' for a big ass house with 14 bathrooms? Hit up Chris Paul's realtor ... 'cause the Rockets star just put his Houston mansion up for sale ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Paul bought the ridiculously huge 18,717 square ft. place last October ... a few months after he was traded from the Clippers to the Rockets.

It's unclear why he's selling so quickly ... though the drive from the property to the Toyota Center -- where Houston plays -- is about an hour.

CP3's asking price ... $6,975,000.

In addition to the 14 porcelain thrones ... the mansion also has 9 bedrooms, a 6-car garage and is built on a prestigious Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.

Pete Rose Is a High Stakes Degenerate Gambler ... Wife Claims

4/23/2018 12:35 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Three shocking pieces of information about Pete Rose in new court docs ...

1) He's still technically married to his 2nd wife, Carol, despite filing for divorce in 2011 and gallivanting around for years with a much younger girlfriend.

2) Rose allegedly makes more than $1 MILLION per year in income from autograph signings.

3) He blows most of his cash in high stakes gambling sessions and has significant debts with casinos and the IRS.

The allegations are all part of new divorce docs filed by his estranged wife, Carol Rose, who married Pete back in 1984.

Pete initially filed divorce docs of his own to end the marriage back in '11, but things have dragged and they're still technically married.

Now, Carol claims Pete is jerking her around in the divorce -- and she wants what she believes is her rightful cut of the community property.

Carol claims Pete is making a minimum $100,000 per month -- primarily from daily signing appearances. That's $1.2 mil annually for all you mathematicians out there.

She's asking the judge to order Pete to lay out his financial situation to the court so they can hash out a proper settlement and finally end their marriage once and for all.

Good luck ...

Jake Paul Sued Joke's on You, Bud ... Trashing Our Pad Will Cost Ya $2.5M

4/23/2018 12:28 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

3:17 PM PT --  Jake's rep tells TMZ, "There's no allegation regarding the actual amount of damages other than the request for punitive damages. That's because the damages were minimal compared to the amount they're asking. They say they want punitive damages because they say they didn't know Jake would use the house for his pranks, but the original lease states it's for Jake's personal use."

The rep adds, "After more than a year, when they presumably would have known all about the pranks, instead of asking him to leave they raised the rent and increased the security deposit. Something doesn't add up."The Paul Bros. are at it again -- this time it's Jake being taken to court for treating his rental home like the capital of Pranksville, USA ... which could cost him millions.

Jake is being sued by Cobra Acquisitions, LLC -- which owns the newly constructed L.A.-based house Jake allegedly rented from them in 2016 -- for what they claim are substantial damages left at the home during his year-and-a-half tenancy.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jake rented the pad in May 2016 for $17,495/month with a security deposit of $40k. He moved out in December 2017, and allegedly left the place in ruins -- burn marks in the pool, dead landscaping, and busted cabinets.

Cobra says Jake did not disclose he was a famous YouTube prankster when they first leased to him, but that it quickly became apparent what line of work he was in. They allege the fire department had been called out a number of times while he lived there, and that social media stars would constantly be at the crib ... leaving neighbors pissed and complaining.

Needless to say, Cobra doesn't believe the $40k deposit covers their estimated damages. They're asking a judge for at least $2.5 million in damages.

Publishers Clearing House Sued You Just Won ... A Good Old-Fashioned Lawsuit!!!

4/23/2018 10:55 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Publishers Clearing House is targeting old geezers with their junk mail sweepstakes and unfairly making them believe they have a real shot at getting rich ... according to a new lawsuit.

The marketing company has just been put on the receiving end of a class action lawsuit, which claims PCH is improperly soliciting old folks specifically with "you've already won" pamphlets and fake checks, making them think they actually won, but then tricking them into shelling out on PCH goods.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, PCH is manipulating the elderly to buy PCH products under the guise that by doing so, their chances at winning big prizes will improve. The lawsuit goes on to detail past investigations by state attorneys general into alleged misconduct in 2000, 2001 and 2010 -- which it settled for over $18 mil, $34 mil, and $3.5 mil, respectively.

The U.S. Senate also launched a probe into Publishers Clearing House in 2015 for alleged similar misconduct, and found they're still using deceptive tactics, according to the suit.

The class action lawsuit is seeking big damages.

Kendall Jenner Putting Work Into Bev Hills Crib

4/23/2018 1:00 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Kendall Jenner's renovating her Beverly Hills home to give it her own special touch -- possibly because Charlie Sheen used to live there ... or she wants to flip it like a pro.

According to L.A. City docs ... Kendall got permits back in October and December to remove and replace the fireplace and remodel the kitchen and bathrooms. She also filed to put a new roof on the house last month.

Kendall bought the mansion, listed by agent Jill Lowy, back in August for $8.55 mil. It belonged to Charlie until 2016, and now Kendall's pumping cash into it for a major remodel.

It's unclear if she's doing all this work on the 5-bed, 6-bath pad -- with a bomb courtyard and pool -- for herself, or to put it back on the market to turn a profit ... but flipping houses does run in the fam.

And, whoever ends up living there will gain a famous next-door neighbor ... Christina Aguilera!

Lil Uzi Vert Oozing in $425k of Diamonds and Gold

4/23/2018 12:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Lil Uzi Vert's rocking a brand new house around his neck -- or at least the jewelry he's wearing could buy a nice house ...  with a pool, even. In-ground!

The rapper dropped a whopping $425k -- as in damn near half a million dollars -- on a new piece that tips the scales at about 3.5 pounds. Now y'know how much 150 carats of diamonds on a 14 karat gold Cuban link chain weighs. We're told the shark tooth he's wearing with it is something he previously owned, so we're guessing he actually has more than $500k around his neck.

Uzi worked with Joe the Jeweler, aka Shyne, for about 2 months. You can tell he's thrilled with the end result. Sometimes all that glitters IS gold.

Prince Poetry & Photos Poised for Release Under Paisley Park Umbrella

4/22/2018 1:00 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Prince's vast collection of unreleased music isn't the only way his estate will reap money for years to come -- turns out his words, as in poetry and lyrics, could also be gold.

Paisley Park Enterprises -- the merchandising arm of Prince's estate -- has filed paperwork to produce printed content. According to the docs, it will include collector's books of his handwritten lyrics as well as poetry. Prince's never-before-released photos and journals could also be flipped for a profit.

It's great news for fans eager to celebrate Prince's life as Saturday marks the 2nd anniversary of his death. The only bad news ... no word on when PPE will start publishing the material.

As we reported ... cops released video Thursday that was shot inside Prince's home the day they found him dead. Their 2-year investigation determined there was not enough evidence to bring criminal charges in his death.

Photos were also released inside his legendary vault containing shelves upon shelves of recordings ... many unreleased ... which we know the estate wants to release eventually.

The vault also stored tons of recording equipment, and large sums of cash.

4/22/2018 12:20 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Zhavia Ward is going to be the next big thing -- at least that's what her new record company is banking -- cuz they just signed her to a potentially multi-million dollar deal.

The 17-year-old fan favorite of 'The Four' didn't win FOX's singing competition, but it's all good ... Sony's Columbia Records scooped her up instead.

According to her contract -- obtained by TMZ -- Zhavia gets a $700k advance on her first album ... along with 18% royalties. If the record's a hit as expected, she'll get another $750k for album #2 ... and haul in up to $1.875 mil with royalties.

Zhavia's 3rd and 4th albums guarantee her another $100k raise each ... with the potential to make well over $2 million per album with royalties.

Not too shabby for a teenager who didn't win -- or even finish as the runner-up -- on 'The Four.'
